Deion Sanders Reacts to Player’s Death Threats

Legendary football star and Colorado Buffalos’ head coach Deion Sanders is defending Colorado State Rams’ defensive back Henry Blackburn against death threats made against him and his family. Henry Blackburn and his family received death threats because of the late hit that he gave Colorado Buffalos’ Travis Hunter. Travis Hunter suffered a lacerated liver because of the injury.

Deion Sanders thinks it’s absurd for people to be threatened. He doesn’t care if he gets threatened because it happens to him all the time. He was threatened every week. He doesn’t think it’s good for people to threaten a kid. He believes Henry Blackburn doesn’t deserve death threats over a game. The legend believes it’s just a game where someone must win or lose. He thinks life should continue the next day. It’s an unfortunate situation. Deion Sanders has forgiven Henry Blackburn.

According to Deion Sanders, the team as well as Travis Hunter have also forgiven him. He doesn’t think there’s any reason for Henry Blackburn and his family to be threatened. He considers Henry Blackburn a good player who played a good game. He thinks the defensive back made a good hit on Travis Hunter on the sideline. No matter what you call the hit, he was just playing the game. He doesn’t think it was enough of a reason for people’s lives to be threatened. Deion Sanders is sad at the idea of their fans making those threats. He hopes that Henry Blackburn was playing to the best of his ability. He thinks he made a mistake and is ready to move on from it.

NFL Makes Decision About Deshaun Watson’s Possible Suspension

Luck is on Cleveland Browns’ Deshaun Watson’s side. The NFL decided not to suspend him for making contact with an official during the Cleveland Browns’ game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday. Deshaun Watson shoved a referee during the second half of the game. He had an argument with Pittsburgh Steelers’ wide receiver George Pickens on the sidelines. The NFL announced that the quarterback will not be facing a fine or suspension.

According to the NFL, officials are supposed to maintain order on the field. There may be times when they are officiating that they come in contact with the players. In this instance, the NFL felt the contact wasn’t enough to be considered a foul. Lady luck was on the quarterback’s side because the NFL usually has a no-tolerance policy when it comes to hitting an official. The Cleveland Browns couldn’t afford to lose Deshaun Watson when they already lost running back Nick Chubb.

Cleveland Cavaliers President Pulled Over For Sobriety Test

NFL’s Cleveland Cavaliers president Koby Altman took a sobriety test over the weekend. He had balance issues during the test. He seemingly struggled through several field sobriety tests. The police ended up putting handcuffs on him. Koby Altman was pulled over by the police in Cleveland around 9 o’clock. They pulled him over after they saw him commit a traffic violation. According to the police, Koby Altman was close to causing an accident. He showed signs of being intoxicated.

The police video showed that he struggled to take the field sobriety test. Koby Altman claimed the police were messing up his performance. He informed the police that he worked with the Cavaliers and was tired after returning from a trip. He said he had a few drinks earlier that night at dinner. Koby Altman refused to submit to a breathalyzer test. When he refused he was handcuffed. The Cleveland Cavaliers president was charged with committing a marked lanes violation and operating a vehicle while impaired. His attorney pleaded not guilty on Koby Altman’s behalf.
